Billing & Payments

PollenNation Skin accepts payment via PayPal, Afterpay, Zip Pay, Apple Pay or credit card using Mastercard or Visa

PollenNation Skin offers AfterPay on all orders. AfterPay allows you to pay for your order over four equal instalments, due every fortnight.

1. Head to www.pollennationskin.com.

2. Make your purchase and head to the checkout

3. Choose AfterPay as your preferred method of payment.

4. When your order is approved, if you are new to AfterPay, your AfterPay account is also created.

Your account allows you to check your payment schedule and make payments when needed. Otherwise, your payments will be deducted fortnightly 

1. You must be living in Australia and be at least 18 years of age 

2. Be capable of entering into a legally binding contract

3. Have a verifiable and valid email address and mobile number; and be using an Australian credit card to make the purchase 

Delivery & Shipping

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order. Please refer to our returns policy 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information which will enable you to track your order. All orders are shipped via Australian Post;https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/

If you require a change in address, please send an email to hello@pollennationskin.com marked as URGENT ‘change wrong address in subject line’ and include your order number and updated shipping details, in order for us to take action as quickly as possible. Please be aware, orders submitted through pollennationskin.com can process and ship very quickly, therefore we will do our best to modify any changes to existing orders, however, keep in mind that your order may already be dispatched, and order modifications may not be possible. 

Refunds & Returns

PollenNation Skin does not offer refunds or accepts returns for change of mind, including a satisfaction guarantee as we appreciate that everyone's skin is different, and results may vary. 

We are confident that you and your skin will love PollenNation Skin products, however in the event you wish to return a product, we will do so under certain circumstances.

Faulty Items 

A refund or exchange will be accepted if an item is faulty.  

Exchange/store credit  

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns for change of mind  

 

Returns process 

If you have received a product that is faulty, incorrect, or damaged, please provide details including photos within 7 days of delivery.  PollenNation Skin will then verify whether you are entitled to a replacement or refund and provide details accordingly. Please contact customercare@pollennationskin.com and include your confirmation number in the subject line so that we can find your order easily and process your request in a timely manner.

SHIPPING & processing

Standard - 4-5 business days* - FREE - tracking avail.

Express - 1-2 business days* - $5.00 or FREE when you spend over $75.00 - tracking avail.

Orders are processed Monday through to Friday and all orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding public holidays and weekends. Tracking information will be emailed within 24 hours of the item being shipped 

PollenNation Skin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit 


If a change of address is lodged directly with your local post office, or Australia post, PollenNation Skin will not be responsible for any misdelivered or lost parcels. A request for a change in address must be made directly with PollenNation Skin prior to your order being shipped. If you have any questions, please email customercare@pollennationskin.com 

Shipping cost for orders are non-refundable
