Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information which will enable you to track your order. All orders are shipped via Australian Post;https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/
If you require a change in address, please send an email firstname.lastname@example.org as URGENT ‘change wrong address in subject line’ and include your order number and updated shipping details, in order for us to take action as quickly as possible. Please be aware, orders submitted through pollennationskin.com can process and ship very quickly, therefore we will do our best to modify any changes to existing orders, however, keep in mind that your order may already be dispatched, and order modifications may not be possible.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
PollenNation Skin does not offer refunds or accepts returns for change of mind, including a satisfaction guarantee as we appreciate that everyone's skin is different, and results may vary.
We are confident that you and your skin will love PollenNation Skin products, however in the event you wish to return a product, we will do so under certain circumstances.

Express - 1-2 business days* - $10.00 or FREE when you spend over $75.00 - tracking avail.
Orders are processed Monday through to Friday and all orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding public holidays and weekends. Tracking information will be emailed within 24 hours of the item being shipped

Standard Shipping available. A flat fee of $10.00 AUD will be charged. The timeframe for Standard Shipping to the United States is 6-10 business days doorto door shipping with email and SMS tracking & signature on delivery. This does not include customs processing delays which are currently out of our control. Please note that business days are not inclusive of weekends or National public holidays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (NEW ZEALAND)
Express Shipping and Standard Shipping available. A flat fee of $10.00 AUD for Standard Shipping will be charged and a flat fee of $15.00 AUD will be charged for express shipping. The timeframe for INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (NEW ZEALAND)Standard Shipping to New Zealand is 8-12 business days door to door shipping with email and SMS tracking & signature on delivery.
